Intellectual Property & Brand Use
Rolling Redemption, Rolling Redemption USA, and related logos, truck
designs, deck content, financial models, and training materials are
protected works owned by or licensed to Rolling Redemption USA.
Core Principles
- The brand must always be associated with second-chance, recovery-focused
workforce development and may not be used in ways that conflict with that
mission.
- Partners may only use approved logos, decks, and one-pagers provided
directly by Rolling Redemption.
- No third party may create derivative programs or marketing that could
reasonably be confused with an official Rolling Redemption pilot
without written permission.
Approved Uses
- Using official sponsor and bank one-pagers in outreach and internal review.
- Embedding links to the portal and specific sponsor/bank views in internal
intranet pages for evaluation purposes.
- Printing or sharing the presidential, investor, and PO briefs as part of
due diligence or funding discussions.
Restrictions
- No resale of Rolling Redemption materials, decks, or training content.
- No use of Rolling Redemption graphics to promote unrelated products,
political campaigns, or non-aligned programs.
- No modification of logos or signature truck graphics without written
design approval.
